We do not offer returns, but will offer refunds in the scenarios outlined below.
We offer refunds if the tuber:
- is blind (there are no viable eyes that don’t grow)
- arrives rotted
- was misidentified, meaning you received a different variety than the one bought
- if the tuber’s neck is cracked off
