We strive to offer the highest quality dahlia tubers. Please inspect delivered tubers immediately after receiving them.
Returns
For Orders April 22, 2024 and After:
This late in the season, all sales are final and all tubers are sold as-is with no refunds. We ensure there are eyes/a sprout on each tuber before we ship them.
For Orders Prior to April 22, 2024:
Returns are welcome, providing the tuber(s) in question arrive in the condition we sent it in and shipped back at the customer’s expense. Any tubers returned must be returned within 7 days of delivery to the customer.
We do not offer returns for mother tubers.
Refunds
We offer refunds if the tuber:
- is blind (there are no viable eyes that grow/sprout). It must be grown for a couple months in the ground and properly cared for.
- arrives rotted
- was misidentified, meaning you received a different variety than the one bought
- if the tuber’s neck is cracked off
If we have a replacement available, we may send it if we are provided photos.
